Arborgold

Pros: I have had multiple jobs in the past that involved regular computer usage with quite a few different programs. This job was my first time using Arborgold and it is by far the easiest to learn system I have ever dealt with. If I ever have a question about anything it is so quick and easy to get a hold of one of their Customer Support team members! Their customer service is great and they all are so knowledgeable and friendly. Their software is quick to retrieve all of my needed data because the use cloud software. Being able to have fast access to all of our data definitely helps us all to work more efficiently and we all know that time is money!

Cons: To be honest, I really do not have any cons. They are able to personalize and tweak so many settings to suite our needs that I really cannot think of a time I felt frustrated or disappointed by using Arborgold.

Overall: My overall experience has been great! I do not consider myself a 'tech savvy' person and my experience using Arborgold has been a breeze!

Pros: Always responsive and adaptable! Takes our feedback seriously and makes updates/changes accordingly!

Cons: While there are a lot of reports, they are not all super user friendly. Hope they continue updating this feature.

Overall: Overall pleased with Arborgold and all it has to offer. Confident they will continue improving themselves and listening to the feedback they get from clients like us!

Pros: So many features and I don't even use most of them. Customer service is the best! They are always updating the platform.

Cons: takes forever to load pages with poor internet. We are unable to use the crew mobile app bc we have poor cell service near Lake Michigan where the majority of our clients live.

Overall: Very happy with customer service. The support team is very friendly. I am learning new features everyday.

Pros: The customer support is top-notch. You cant ask for a more personal team who really cares and invests in your companies success by teaching, guiding, and helping you implement the software. AG's team (although all over the world) is not distant. They answer their calls, they provide support, they even remember and know you by name. Truly a team that cares about quality and the client's needs. They adapt their software for current changes with game-changing improvements.

Cons: I literally can't say anything negative. I really can't. Understanding the needs of our world, ArborGold's team truly gets it. They are winners and help their clients win!

Overall: AMAZING! There is not a tree and landscape software that can even come close! If you want to the best tree and landscape company, then work with the best software provider, Arborgold! Let's make 2020 great. #trustarborgold

Pros: 1) Easy to use 2) Incredibly functional 3) Excellent Communication capabilities from the phone center to the invoicing. 4) Excellent customer support

Cons: I would say the only con is the learning curve. As it is a niche software, there's no way around having to spend some time learning how to use it. However, once your company is familiar with it you won't ever want to go back!

Overall: Arborgold has changed our business organization & customer interaction for the better! It has the best balance of simplicity, full functionality, and cost I've ever seen
