Pros: It is a platform that has become our central work system, in our company we seek to improve work management day by day and Applied Epic has been the star platform for this, it provides its platform to develop our daily work, opening up a fairly large space to improve the relationship with our customers, it perfectly integrates various functions allowing us to take information management to the next level, with the messaging system we can provide assistance to all users. Likewise, it has been the messenger manager that we needed, through its platform we have managed to manage accounting and boost sales, it creates an ideal and easy-to-use space, we do not need to be experts to know that Applied Epic has the necessary functions for each aspect, we even feel that it is much more intuitive than any other tool. It allows the customization of the platform, it has given us comfort and a user experience according to what we need, in addition to the fact that the customer support is quite attentive to any questions we have. It has the right and necessary tools, it doesn't have too many to leave us confused or lacking, with everything it offers we have been able to manage our work perfectly.

Cons: It has been the ideal tool for our work, it has hit the spot with everything we needed for our work management, the only thing we have come across is that it lacks greater automation, saving so many unnecessary procedures and making the tools and options much more efficient without so much process. For the rest, in my opinion it is a simple tool to use, and it has been ideal for what we need it for in my work.
