Apollo PT Practice Management Software

Pros: The software is usable and user-friendly with dedicated customer support staff. Because it is a cloud-based solution, it is easily accessible from multiple locations and many devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Cons: We have found very few issues with this software. On the whole, it plugs a large hole in the gap of decent PT management software. However, the delete the series button seems to have limited functionality, and we can only delete bulk appointments that were made in a series as a series. Otherwise, appointments can only be individually removed.

Overall: Apollo Practice Management is a professional, flexible, robust practice management tool that serves physical therapy practices across the US. It is an ideal tool for all physical therapy practices from a single physical therapist up to a practice that includes many locations and multiple therapists.

Pros: I can check our customer's progress in PT and the phase of PT they are at in order to determine how much coverage is remaining

Cons: I don't particularly like the interface, it just doesn't feel very comfortable to me. The software despite this is extremely good however

Overall: I've been keeping up with our PT patients using Apollo - their progress, current payments to check if we are up to date and any change in physical therapist. Can't complain

Pros: Very user-friendly web based software.
Easy to access to navigate.
Easy to maintain all the patient notes.

Cons: I dont have any complaints. Whenever I had an issue I'd call customer support and my issues were easily handled

Overall: We're a small rural physical therapy clinic that has many areas and locations of care. We were never able to make our existing system meet our needs. we had PTOS for billing, ms outlook for appointments, and quickbooks for our care center, homehealth and hospital contract. Apollo has condensed all of these into one program. We love it!
