Any.do

Pros: What i like about any.do is its ability to manage tasks swiftly and never missing out on any of our set deadlines. I also like the ability to prioritize tasks with the most important ones on the top. Creation of tasks and assigning them is an easy task. With the to-do lists it becomes easy to check off tasks that are completed to avoid repetition of tasks. Any.do is all about simplicity in managing tasks.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about the software. We have been able to stay focus on all our tasks.

Overall: The user experience is great and the ease of use was beyond our expectations. I would recommend it to all organizations in need of an easy to use task management tool that will help in staying on top of your tasks.

Pros: The user interface is clean and organized. Any. do has simplified how we manage tasks by helping us create tasks and assign them to teams to keep us on top of our game. Reminders have enabled not to miss out on important tasks. The to-do lists enable us to stay organized by planning our daily, weekly and monthly tasks. It has eliminated ending up with jobs that are unfinished due to teams overwhelmed with projects. Any.do has empowered teams to stay productive and more focused on time.

Cons: Checking off tasks ends up unfinished and i am forced to manually delete the tasks.

Overall: It is a user-friendly platform that has helped our teams to stay productive on their daily activities. It has given us a new approach to managing tasks and simplified how we manage tasks activities. I recommend it to organization stuck with traditional methods of managing tasks like sticky notes.

Pros: You can organize by work, personal, and grocery items. I like that the grocery list is right there on the main screen to access. There are a handful of color themes available in the premium version. Your calendar can be auto-sync and there's integration with other apps, like Teams.

Cons: It's not really for project management beyond really simplistic stuff. This app is definitely geared more toward personal use than business, and that's fine. I don't feel like the premium version is really worth it considering it's just barely above the most basic of to do list apps in terms of functionality.

Overall: It's a so-so app. It's better than some of your basic task apps, but it's not a full on task management app and the premium version doesn't really offer enough more than the free version to justify the price unless you really wanted a theme. Interface is alright to look at, and the grocery list and calendar sync as nice. Having app integration with other popular apps is nice, but I feel like I could accomplish all this and more in other apps around the same price range.

Overall: Any.do is a simple tool for task planner & organizer. It has great design and suitable for basic personal to-do lists. However, it lacks advanced features found in alternative apps.

Pros: #1- Any.do is a personal assistant for task management.
#2- Any.do can be integrated with the Slack app. Makes works and task management easy.
#3- It comes with automated bot commands to check and ask for recent tasks.

Cons: #1- Nothing to dislike about Any.do, it makes our management easy.

Overall: Any.do is like a personal assistant for task management. It's a very simple and clean app. We use Any.do with Slack integration. It helps us to manages and track our tasks within the Slack app. It gives us a task reminder in case we forget.
