"What we need for cloud storage" Posted 2022-01-24
Pros: As a non-profit amazon offers great services for us. Being able to have a lot of our IT services in one place is nice. We use storage, domain, and virtual computers. The storage solution helps us store large files so that we can access them remotely in the future.
Cons: The UI has improved over the years but it can still be confusing. If you are not familiar with the naming of their services it can be difficult to know where to go.
Overall: Overall AWS does exactly what we need it do, store large files and allow cloud access. We also run virtual computers for our networking and they are easy to setup. Routing domains is also easy.
