    Pros: Very powerful in extracting data out of PDF files. The automator works very well and does a great job in automating data extraction processes.

    Cons: Installation instructions can be more detailed to ease the installation and upgrade process.

    Overall: It's a very efficient way for extracting data from numerous formats. It is more affordable than alternatives and with better feature set.

    Pros: Monarch is extremely useful to extract data from various file to combine and makes reports. The files are very easy to filter and allow you to select the best category. Monarch is very easy to use .
