Airmeet

Pros: I like that Airmeet has such an intuitive platform with many features that improve the engagement during any event. I specifically like that it can handle any size of events and it's possible to handle a big event without it feeling too overwhelmed, because it has the right tools to keep everything organized and the audience engaged. I like that we can launch the event information from the program and have everyone sign up and it will automatically register the information in the application, so there is no need to transfer any data into the software since it does that for us already, it's an automatic process that makes things easier. Likewise, I also like the tools that are given inside of the event as a Host, because when there is an event going on, we are able to have some bit of organization in the background and talk about anything that should be addressed before, during, and after the event. During the event, I also like that Airmeet gives us the option to be properly informed of the other participants and their occupations, which is something that I haven't seen other solutions do, this gives us the opportunity to build a stable network with the participants and have meaningful conversations that are professional and even other participants are able to interact with each other because of this feature.

Cons: There are some issues regarding Airmeet that I would like to mention although these are not issues that completely compromise its functionality, but there is always room for improvement. My first complaint is that some options for the creation of the event were really hard to find at first, when it comes to a certain type of software, there is some expectancy when it comes to some basic actions, but with Airmeet, some customization options were not in the place you'd usually expect they would be, instead they were difficult to find and it was a bit of a learning curve. My second complaint is that when it comes to participants registering for our events, they (or us) aren't able to edit their registration information if they have typed something wrong, which is an inconvenience because then they would have to register again to be able to correct the information, and we aren't able to delete the participant either.

Overall: We have used Airmeet many times to host many events regarding market trends and overall networking in the area and industry of real estate. It's an amazing tool to host big size events because it has good capabilities for audio and video and in the time using it, it has never glitched and we have never experienced any issues with our audio/video. I also like that we can have multiple speakers in the event, because it gives us the opportunity to share our different thoughts and advice for the participants and we all are able to interact with them without losing the main topic of conversation. It's a great choice for both small and large scale events and the recording of the event is also possible, which is an advantage for those who missed any important information or want to "attend" again.

Cons: - Airmeet team open to feedback so in last 1 year we have seen they have fixed most of cons like it's more stable now compare to before.

Overall: JavaScript Meetup has been organised 15+ events with Airmeet. Experience was getting better with each event. Our community loves the platform.

Pros: I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. In fact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice!

It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.

Cons: There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!

Overall: It was quite amazing! We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup although!

Pros: Airmeet gives you the same essence of an offline meetup or meeting. You have pretty much the same idea and interface. You have tables and you can pick your seats like you are attending an offline meeting. The User interface is just awesome. Also, it can be improved more in the future.

Cons: The only con is that it is like software between zoom and offline conferences so it does not add so much extra than other popular tools out there in the market.

Overall: Overall if you want to give a feel of the audience and panel members, this is the tool for you, but it has some limitations, so you should check the out first.

Overall: We can now host our events on an online cloud platform using the Airmeet tool. Its integrations and large user support make it easy to host online exert for the mid-enterprise business. Simple to invite to events.

Pros: It offers a simplified way to manage events. The user interface is very appealing and clean. An immersive experience to connect with participants from anywhere.

Cons: It's worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Overall: Overall it best simplified event management tool. It offers really very easy to make a successful virtual event. It's a great tool.

Pros: It's a wonderful platform to start virtual events. It also give the option to add the pre-recorded webinar to interact with audiences. It's very simple and resourceful platform.

Cons: I never encountered any problem using this platform.

Overall: Now taking or hosting a virtual event is very simple. For this Airmeet is the best platform to start with. It provides a wonderful experience for webinars and other events to interact with the audience.

Pros: A wonderful platform to interact with the team and organise virtual events. Provides an array of features to use from. Go for it!

Cons: I can't think of any. Super easy to understand and use.

Overall: Such an easy and simplified software to use for communication. Includes striking features like Social Lounge, Event Management, Sponsorships and Raise Hand. It is highly scalable, secure & runs on the cloud.
