Pros: I love the ease of the ticketing process including the checkout process. Their team is also very engaged and you feel like you are not just a number in the queue. Their customer service team is amazing, no question is too small for them to get back to you quickly.
Cons: None so far. They are very easy to reach and I do not anticipate any abnormal support challenges.
Overall: I would recommend this service for local venues, its much better than Eventbrite, for quick responses and checkout process.

Pros: Afton Tickets provides great customer service with a team that is willing to do whatever it takes to provide for their customer.
Cons: I don’t have any complaints. They have been amazing.
Overall: I highly recommend Afton Tickets. They are easy to work with and easy to get in contact with to work any issues out that may arise at any point during ticket sales.

Pros: We have used Afton Tickets for years and enjoyed their modifications to help us succeed over the years. This last year being able to manage our attendance counts in real time was vital, and Afton made that easy. We have also worked with them to do more on-line ticket sales to both manage attendance counts and have the added benefit of capturing buyer information for future event sales.
Cons: I really can't come up with any complaints about any of the Afton platform of services.
Overall: With the past restrictions we have listened to the Afton folks and have been able to better project attendance in real time. That has been more vital this last year than ever. We also have much more accurate projections on attendance and very accurate information on our past attendees.

Pros: I love everything about this company, from the customer service to the online platform. Everything is very easy to use.
Cons: I like everything about this company. I don't have anything negative to say.
Overall: 10 out of 10. I highly recommend using this company. Every question is answered in a timely manner. I enjoy having a customer service manager assigned to my company.

Pros: From my initial contact to the implementation, Ryan and his team were responsive, professional, and really cared about my business and my concerns. He and staff tailored the service to fit our needs and did it in a timely manner. They took time to listen and answered any and all questions!
Cons: Honestly, there was not one area I thought could be improved upon.
Overall: My overall experience as well as staff members was excellent!! Afton was highly recommended by another nonprofit organization, and they exceeded all expectations!

Pros: Afton Tickets has always worked closely with me to customize their offerings to fit my needs, taking feedback and even adding features. They're always reliable, trustworthy and fair to us, and work hard to ensure the events I book through them go smoothly and everyone is happy.
Cons: The front end can feel a little manual at times, but it is usable and reliable.
Overall: Customer service is exceptional. Both features and pricing are competitive, and I would recommend Afton over many other ticketing services for these reasons.

Pros: Afton was easy to work with, they made the transition from our current ticket company to them, seamless with few if any problems that you think you will have. Very response to our needs and made it work.
Cons: There is not much at all that I can think of, it's our first year but if this was an indicator, we have little to worry about.
Overall: I would not hesitate to make the move to Afton, Ryan and his team work very hard to make things run well. The product is good and have no complaints, I am very glad we made the switch, others should too.

Pros: The top item was customer service. Staffing was perfect to work with and they did an excellent job of training our volunteers who man the Gates. The equipment was very user friendly and presented an organized professional appearance to our customers. We couldn't have chosen a better ticketing company!
Cons: We had a show that work seamlessly with Afton Tickets. We don't have any Cons to discuss.
Overall: Our overall experience - most excellent! I would recommend Afton Tickets to anyone that has the need for professional ticketing services. Their data reports and details are effective tools for planning our annual show. Our show is an all volunteer production. We have over 300 volunteers.

"Best Platform to use for livestream events" Posted 2021-09-24
Pros: First & foremost, customer service. Afton was there every step of the way from meeting for the first time all the way to the final accounting of our events. And in-between. Very friendly. Answered all questions we had. Setting up the event was super easy, the platform was easy. No buffering issues during the event which is a HUGHE PLUS! And doing the final accounting was easy as well. In this landscape of the world. Livestreams are a big thing. It's a lot of work putting a livestream event on. But Afton is there to guide you through everything which makes it easier to set up & it's fun and educational.
Cons: I'm sure there are improvements with software & stuff. I'm not familiar in that field. But as with tech companies, there's always going to be improvements along the way. Whether be software or hardware.
Overall: 1000% happy working with Afton. Recommended to other musicians & will continue to recommend to anyone who decides to put on a livestream. We plan to do another one & we won't go anywhere but Afton.
