ADV software allows the entire sales process to take place on a single screen, from issuing a budget to completing the order and issuing the invoice. When making a quote, you will be able to send it by email to the customer, and also follow up on all sent quotes until they become sales. To generate a budget access: Launches \ OS Sales \ OS Sales and click on the New Budget option. Or you can also right-click on the system desktop, choose the Sales OS option and then click New Budget. Select the customer by typing the beginning of the reason or just part of it. To search by the initial of the name press enter, or if you want to search by part of the name, click on the button to the right of the field. If the customer is not yet registered, click on the underlined customer field and register. After selecting the customer, click on the button above to bring the associated data, such as: seller, payment term, type of payment and carrier.
