    Pros: I like the ability to share content with clients without them having full access to our account; the search and filter tools are really helpful. We love the ability to customize sharing pages; it's very easy to share specific photos with people using links.

    Cons: There are plenty of training resources and onboarding help, and we haven't encountered any issues.

    Overall: They've done an excellent job providing us with the tools and support we needed to build our platform. The interface is easy to navigate, and the options are simple to find and use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to organize, tag, and retrieve files.

    Pros: I like the ease with which we can adapt a feature to our changing workflows, and the excellent accessibility to our digital resources. I love its ease of use and the quick response from the support team. I can easily update files, and my team can easily find them.

    Cons: Some upload processes can be slow for large batches of files, I wish I could group assets into the same sizes instead of having to upload them as separate assets.

    Pros: I loved having a dedicated implementation person and now a dedicated account manager. This role has been a huge help when I need quick access to resources. Customer service is excellent, and they respond quickly when I have a question.

    Cons: It would be helpful to have a way to organize them so they are easier to find as the number of links in the lists increases, I'd like to share it in the hopes of improving this feature.

    Overall: It significantly improves asset management by providing a centralized and organized repository. It's our first digital asset management platform. He's been fantastic at guiding us through all the platform's features.

    Pros: Its good because it makes life easier to keep you assets organized. I like that the portal is intuitive and works well for our needs.

    Cons: The admin panel is fine but it would be great to change the way assets are divided.

    Overall: My experience has been incredible. Its an excellent option for managing digital assets internally and organizing workflow. It also offers good storage. Which is very beneficial for us.

    Pros: I love being able to put the same resources into multiple folders, the search tools and filters are also very useful. I like the amount of data that can be captured and that elements can be easily customized for my area of ​​business. The facial recognition feature is a game changer.

    Cons: I wish there was an easier way to move and drag files between them. Sometimes the files seem to be buried too deep, but that could be a user issue.

    Pros: The layout is intuitive and allows for quick access to frequently used tools. I like the way it works to streamline files and categorize them for users. I love how customizable we can make this and how easy it is to create the filters, the best feature for me is being able to duplicate items in different folders.

    Cons: It would be great if there was a way for our end users to save additional versions. Setup is time consuming. I have noticed that the system can be quite slow, especially when uploading or accessing large files.

    Overall: The portal capability is a huge plus for showcasing assets to our clients, we appreciate that the UI is easy to use for the end user. It allows us to keep all of our assets in one place and share images, it has become our go-to resource for storing.

    Pros: I love the tagging features, and the support that the staff provides. They have been instrumental in helping us manage the image rights of our digital assets. Their user interface is exceptionally intuitive and easy to use once you start working with it.

    Cons: It's sometimes hard to tell if you're uploading a small or large file. I don't like how difficult and unintuitive it can be to delete a search. The search function isn't as accurate when things are managed in folders.

    Overall: We can share our internal files with sales reps who can then share them with their customers. It has allowed us to quickly get rid of a mess of shared network drives that we had very little control over. We have had great experiences with customer support.

    Pros: I like that we can create collection to share with others, the site allows you to customize your home page so users can jump right in. I love the ability to curate collections of assets. I love how customization the filters are.

    Cons: It would be helpful to be able to personalize the approver's situation a bit. You can't send a link to a specific photo. Some issues with the discussed items were not reflected in our contract.

    Overall: It helps me create and edit content in an organized manner. We are using the digital brand templates module that allows us to create content. It offers multiple integrations with the tools we use.

    Pros: Our company uses Widen Collective. Recently, my area started using Widen Collective for a new purpose. The process from start to finish was so easy. When we needed support after going live with our project, Widen Collective support was there every time. They responded quickly and helped us resolve issues, so our customers weren't impacted. I'm so glad we opted to use Widen Collective for our project!

    Cons: I'll say that we didn't experience any cons. Widen Collective was the best storage solution that we found in the market.

    Overall: The service is easy to use. The technical support was amazing. We were able to work through every issue pre and post-implementation without the added stress of a non-responsive support team.

    "The Widen Collective is Great, but Could Use a lot of Refining"

    Pros: Great support provided by Widen. I appreciate the easy access to chat and emailed support communications.

    Cons: Widen still needs to put a lot more focus and resources into improving the Assets app, Insights app, and Portals app. Enhancements to the UX and UI based on user feedback seems like the best way to advance the DAM system for ease of use and consistency.

    Overall: Overall, Widen Collective is one of the best DAM systems currently available. But if user enhancement feedback is ignored or slow to roll out, Widen clients will begin to peel off to DAM providers who offer those needs. Building more tools onto the Collective before making improvements to the mother apps will only frustrate users of those apps.

    "Steep familiarisation curve"

    Pros: Our Customer Success Managers (Kaia and her maternity cover, Frankie in particular) and General support have both been very impressive, with rapid response. Being new to Widen and recently taking over management of the platform for Tempur Sealy International, I've found assistance in learning, responsiveness, and solution delivery to be integral to quickly getting me closer to where I need to be.
    UX is fairly intuitive, and doesn't take long to become even more so. It seems continuous improvement is something Widen strive for, and I like being able to submit feature requests which go into a system for potential development.

    Cons: There's nothing I can call out at this stage. There are one or two things planned for release, or that I've suggested and have been submitted for potential development, but other than that there are no significant drawbacks I can justify.

    Overall: My overall experience is very pleasing. Having worked with a different platform before, I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly my personal barriers to a different UX have been removed.

    Pros: I like how easy it is to use, manage and customize our DAM. The support team is always available to help, no matter what the issues we are having. There's a great community forum where you can connect with other DAM Admins and help each other out.

    Cons: We've been having issues with our login screen. Would love it if they brought back the drop down/fold option so employees were clear on how to login. People keep complaining that they have to make a new account but in reality, they don't. We have single sign-on but they aren't clicking on the right Sign-in button.

    Overall: I am very happy with Widen's products, features and most importantly, their customer service. I always feel like I'm part of the Widen family and collaborate with them often on making a great product even better.

    "Fantastic solution with great support"

    Pros: Widen hold our hundreds of users and tens of thousands of assets in a very easy-to-use system. The interface for end users is intuitive, and it's easy for admins to tinker and make back-end changes on the fly. Search is fast and powerful. The API integration is well done and well-documented, and the price point is very reasonable for something that works so well out of the box. For any customization or troubleshooting, the Widen support team is extremely responsive.

    Cons: While the interface is mostly intuitive and easy to navigate, some design choices are questionable and inconsistent -- e.g. three different asset view options offer three separate sets of options. Functionality can be somewhat limited, such as as with linked assets, but nearly all the features you'd expect from a DAM solution are here and easy to set up.

    Overall: As a DAM administrator taking over a system years after its implementation, it's been great to have such a strong support offering, including a customer success manager who will help me brainstorm, and user groups to network and help solve problems collectively. There is not so much customization available to make the platform overwhelming, but enough to make it powerful enough to fit our needs.

    Pros: Widen Collective has helped us improve the way we conduct our overall marketing and the way we push our products and brand. It gives me adequate resources to make inroads into different digital channels, drive cross-channel campaigns for our products, and get our brand out there. It's an incredibly fantastic tool and very easy to use. It helps to channel customers, business opportunities, and more. In addition, it makes life easier for users, saves time, energy and its cost is quite competitive.

    Cons: There have been problems in its operation, and its performance was not what we expected; however, seeing that the Widen team were making improvements, we decided to give it another chance, and they have significantly improved its features, functions, and its performance, it was worth it, and they are still improving. It is an excellent platform to promote campaigns and promote the products and services offered by your company within multiple channels in the most effective way.

    Overall: It is practical support to promote campaigns that give impulse to the public's products and services. It has meant endless opportunities to make our brand better known and to channel excellent business. In addition, their reports and analytics allow us to measure the performance of our campaigns in the different channels and play an important role in our decision-making to continue promoting products.
