Pros: We at AB Watersports in Atlantic Beach NC has been using Indexic for our online event reservations as well as our waivers for the last 8 years. The system is very user friendly from both ends of our operation. The best customer service team I have ever experienced with any of our businesses. I highly recommend this team for your operation.

Cons: I don't have any issues with this product; well the only issues have been user issues ... hehe!

Pros: I have used two other tour booking software companies (Peek and FareHarbor) in the past. I became frustrated with the workarounds required to make them work for my business. I selected Indexic for my business because they had more features than I needed to operate my boat rental company. The customer support team is knowledgeable and always available whenever I call.

Cons: I cannot come up with any cons at this time as they exceed my expectations.

Overall: Indexic booking software is a great business partner. They have helped me improve my business, allowing me to grow to two locations.

Pros: I loved the way aRes helps manage my resources and has tools that keep the team from overbooking or missing something available. I loved the ease for customers and the reminders they received. I love the info aRes input to keep my noshows from costing me $. I love the Thresholds so we don't have empty spaces in middle of day! I loved tools to set for booking different tides and times for specialty adventures! I LOVE the customer service! Seriously love the customer service

Cons: No cons! aRes team is always there if any issues! And they are there immediately!

Overall: The customer service is so far above any other I've experienced! aRes keeps me worry free! They take care of everything and easiest system I've used.

Pros: The crew at Indexic has made it so easy to get signed up and thoroughly explain how the system works step by step. Senior Customer Success Representative, Sarah, is always very responsive with the answers needed.

Overall: Our overall experience with Indexic has been nothing but wonderful. We love how anyone with the Indexic team is always willing and able to assist us at anytime.

Pros: One of the most significant advantages we've experienced with Indexic is the exceptional support team an high quality software. During the initial implementation process, our questions were quickly and efficiently addressed by their friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives. This responsive approach stands in direct contrast to our previous software provider, where obtaining timely support was a constant challenge. Overall, Indexic has demonstrably improved our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Pros: aWaiver has streamlined the whole waiver process. aReservations keeps track of resources and revenue. I am a monthly rental business and the "Returning / Out Going Report" is the most valuable report With the "Returning / Out Going Report" I can see what is returning and needs service and what is going out. Support is excellent.

Cons: I require a deposit and with a credit card based system the refunding the deposit is awkward.

Overall: I am very happy to have found Indexic. The aReservaton has helped my business grow and given me more time to work on my business. What is missing is a way to enter maintenance expenses for resources.

Pros: Every time you need something, Indexic staff is there to make it happen. Typical response time is within minutes, and my wants come to life usually just as fast.

Cons: The only con I can come up with is that I cannot refund the service/processing fee to a customer, but when it is the customer who pays the service/processing fee it saves me so much money I would spend on a competitor of theirs that the benefit WAY outweighs the cost.

Overall: I have had an amazing experience with the Indexic/aReservation team. They are so communicative and quick to respond to my needs. They are great at teaching me the ways to use their features, so I can be as independent or reliant on them as I want when making changes. I highly recommend working with them.

Pros: I have used Indexic for over 2 years now. My boat rental business has grown from 6 pontoon boats to 18 boats. The software makes it easy to manage my boat fleet. It has freed me up from most admin tasks which has allowed me to focus on my marketing and customer service.

Cons: I'd like to see them add Google Pay to the platform
