Pros: The promo system and accountancy services work well , ease of loading up tracks etc. The site is easy to use once you get your head around it.

Cons: terrible support, terrible delivery of our releases, they have been either not released correctly, ie wrong genre, or not even released. Their support takes ages to come back to you, they don't really apologise for any mistakes. they blame everyone but themselves and are always full of excuses. AVOID at all costs

Overall: terrible service, i have had to message them so many times due to the amount of mis genre and when we joined we were promised better placement on Beatport as it was part of their group , when we did join we were told that they never told us that even though we had email proof, they have lied and mis sold to us. we have lost artist releasing on our label due to the issues they have caused and they don't care as we are a small label. if you are looking at getting a distribution site go to labelworx instead , the staff there care about what they are releasing , they give really good support, i wish i never left them.

Pros: Nice system.

Knowledgeable staff.

Great opportunity for distributors and labels to release music by multiple artists.

Cons: They cancelled my account because I hadn't set up any releases (though that was not stipulated in the agreement), and didn't refund my fee, after stating they would.

Royalties do not show in USD.

British UPC And ISRC Numbers issued, instead of U.S.

Hidden fees.

Certain pages customizable for white-label services.

Overall: Good company, but needs to communicate hidden/additional fees upfront. They should issue U.S. registered ISRC codes to U.S.-based companies. My main issue is them unknowingly deleting my account from the server, as well as not providing labels a sign up page for artists.
