Pros: I am a user of this app, my line manager create jobs for me on 60Hertz and he accesses my progress on the jobs he created for me.

Cons: The cons are almost negligible, only that at times some completed jobs don't appear as completed jobs. This is really a nice app.

Overall: The app is awesome in both design and features. It gives you a sense of worth ethics and time frame as you wrap through your schedules jobs on the app. Most importantly, It enable you to beat deadline for jobs.

Pros: 60Hertz is a fabulous tool for managing all kinds of maintenance and inspection tasks on industrial equipment of all kinds. The reasons it has been the right fit for my team are:

1 - It's the right size for us. AssetWorks, Maximo, they're way too much product, too expensive, and too feature rich for us. Excel and Google Forms on the other hand... not easy/educational enough for our operators, and too much of a pain to maintain. 60Hz is easy, digestible, and cost effective. My group uses it every day.

2 - Offline first = great for remote distributed assets in Alaska.

3 - Their tech support is fire, especially for such a low cost product.

Cons: The interface for setting assets and checklists up still needs a little bit of smoothing out, and I would like to see more integrations with digital measurements. However, both of these are firmly "nice to haves", 60Hertz meets our needs just fine as-is.

Overall: Not only did 60Hertz change the way we do maintenance (RIP spreadsheets and paper) but it changed the way we train our people and guide them through looking after our equipment.

Pros: The 60Hertz team is phenomenal through all stages of the process, from pitch, contract, and most importantly support. They still have a small company with personable culture, and I have always enjoyed interacting with them. The software itself is great and fits our niche needs like nothing else.

Cons: Configuration of the software for our sites has gone very slowly, at no fault of 60Hertz Energy, we just lack the resources to get it done. Set up of the "digital twin" and forms could be easier as it can be a bit obtuse. If easier, the setup could go faster, but the 60Hertz energy team is always ready and willing to help
