    "Outdated Software and Terrible Support"

    Pros: We have found the software to be:

    - fast
    - stable application

    There are really no other pros that we have been able to find.

    Cons: We have found issues with the software to be:

    - outdated, clunky interface
    - Many real-world gaps in functionality, that the company has not fixed after years of knowing about them
    - lack of customization
    - UI is buggy, and does not render properly on high resolution 4K monitors, or even HD monitors

    We have found issues with support to be:

    - They blame Microsoft for their GUI rendering issues. windows 10 has been out since 2016, and 3D is still blaming Microsoft for scaling problems associated with the 3D software.
    - The software restricts you from exporting backups to a local Dropbox directory.
    - The support group provides work-arounds using MSSQL queries, instead of just saying that the software does not provide simple functionality that should be there in the first place.
    - This product does not work right on Windows 10, even 5 years after the OS release

    Overall: The software has potential. The company needs to restructure their priorities for the future of the company. There any dozens of other software vendors out there that are better. Stop blaming Microsoft.
