Pros: Customization capabilities allow us to tailor the experience to our brand and business logic. Multiple tools—such as AR view on mobile and 3D visualization—create optimized experiences for both desktop and mobile customers.

Cons: Different applications for AR View, 360 View, and the Modular Configurator increase integration and maintenance efforts. A single web app with feature flags to enable or disable specific features would reduce integration complexity for clients and allow them to leverage the full suite more quickly.

Overall: The 3D suite has had a positive impact on our website’s performance.

While their tools require client-side integration and are not simple plug-and-play solutions, Annie and Bryan have been excellent in providing technical guidance and support.

Pros: When listening to many clients try to explain their space or vision for their space with difficulty. I say “let me create your room”. It allows me to come up with creative solutions, overcome challenges and add a few things they had not thought of. The realistic renderings allow the client to see their space, confirm fit and feel great about making the right choice of course leading to the sale and a happy customer. They feel like I have really gone above and beyond to help them avoiding expensive mistakes that cost money and time with product, dimension and layout. I can really create a feel and a story for their room. I have loved it since day one. It takes very little time for me to create the room and my customers leave the store with confidence and a smile on their face that they made the perfect choice.

Cons: Not enough product in the system. Can be glitchy at times. Needs customizable furniture for the times you just need to use it for size only. Not every item we sell is in the system.

Overall: I have had a very positive outcome with the system, I like to build my own rooms for my space and show them off to customers before I start on their space. I think it’s a great selling tool for those clients that just can’t visualize or want to be sure it’s all going to work.

Pros: Improves shopping experience for every kind of buyer. In addition to being a product person, I'm also a new homeowner and these new tools helped so much in my furniture decision-making process.

Cons: No cons to note at the moment. Team was extremely helpful throughout setup process.

Overall: As a product manager, my team helped launch the project, and I’ve seen firsthand how much it’s improved the shopping experience. Customers can view furniture in 3D, customize it, and even see it in their homes, which makes buying online so much easier. The tool looks great, runs smoothly, and the team at 3D Cloud was so supportive through the whole process.

Pros: The 3DC team is equal parts professional, friendly, and kind- we genuinely enjoy our meetings with everyone at 3DC. They displayed strong technical expertise in the integration, with clear communication and project management. They have been flexible and incredibly easy to work with.

Cons: I think there was confusion that certain features would be available from the initial integration (admin mode), and the 3DC team is now doing custom work for this which has added to our project delivery timeline.

Overall: We partnered with 3DC to enhance our digital shopping experiences by replatforming our AR and 360° product views technology, and expand our immersive design capabilities with the addition of a 3D Room Builder.

Thanks to their expertise, our customers can now visualize products in their own homes, explore items from every angle, and design complete spaces online with confidence. The solution is seamless, scalable, and beautifully executed.

Overall: The service(s) 3D Cloud provides are exceptional. The best part about this company is the people. The team at 3D Cloud are awesome. Attentive, kind, and diligent workers do their absolute best to help us work through projects. There hasn't been a time where I haven't felt supported by the team.

Pros: EFFECTIVENESS: This program is used by showrooms and also virtual users to do projects as simple as showing a modular set up to full-home designs. It really sets us apart from our competition to have a visual tool that can transport clients to what their dream space can look like. When we show clients we can use this program to visualize their spaces, the overall sales experience goes much more smoothly as well as increases revenue per sale.

USER FRIENDLINESS & RESOURCES: The program itself is super intuitive and even people with no design software background can learn the program fairly quickly - they have great resources like their extensive Knowledge Base and they also offer continuous training for existing and new users.

EXCELLENT TEAM: The 3D Cloud team themselves are also excellent to communicate, work, and learn with. I've worked with people in several departments and they have great turnaround time for communication, effective solutions for any problems we may encounter and are always willing to help.

Cons: I wish there were more individualized customizations that we could do in the program, such as scaling existing staging items and having a larger library of staging items to use.

Overall: OVERALL: As the review title says, the 3D Cloud program has been an absolute essential and must as a growing furniture company. Because of the extent and diversity of our customization options, the 3D Cloud program really helps our customers envision their unique pieces and bring them to life. It has helped close out really big design orders for both residential and commercial clients, which is essential to a business like ours.

Pros: Super user friendly but has levels of mastery that are attainable. Always something new!! Makes ideation a breeze and increases my AOV every time!

Cons: Sometimes I find the camera angles a little stiff. I would like to reposition with a little more ease and have a quicker time between product launch and population in the software

Surfaces could also benefit from more refinement to better reflect different textures and finishes. Overall, it’s a powerful tool for visualizing ideas, though there’s room for improvement in speed and material customization.

Pros: RoomPlanner is the most straightforward, easy and clean program I have ever used to create a simple, quick interior layout. The rendering quality is immediately realistic and our products look great in it. RoomPlanner is easy for anyone to pick up, get into the motions of and make something beautiful.

Cons: The catalogue offerings need significant work in order to make the program really useable. It often becomes obsolete and unhelpful as the catalogue is incomplete and full of errors, form-making capabilities are nonexistent. Utilizing 3D Cloud's roundabout tactics to show simple things like a book on a table, or a kitchen island, make the rendering near impossible to complete in a timely manner. I often find that the Q&A's and trainings, while nice to showcase examples, are difficult to find purpose in. This is because the answers given are often deflected back to the users in the form of 'I'm sure someone has a shortcut for this.' Instead of underground, undiscovered shortcuts, we would be better served by more working, fundamental features, even elementary ones such as functional, stackable resizable blocks and lighting that turns on. While there may be shortcuts/workarounds for a lot of things we need to do, it takes significant time, and of course: time is money.

Overall: The product, while it works for elementary schemes, feels incomplete and is unable to support our projects at this time. Instead of being equipped to complete a rendering per clients' needs via RoomPlanner's user friendly feature library, the most important capabilities are either lackluster or nonexistent and there does not seem to be improvement on that. Overall, it could just use an overhaul to streamline processes. I struggle to want to reach for it in my day to day, and do so mostly out of necessity. RoomPlanner ends up working as a foundation, from which I then need to Photoshop significantly on top to get close to the clients' needs-- timely and costly and coming out of my personal skillset. It takes far too long and far too much experimentation to be the great asset to our workflow that it should be.

- Product selection is very easy
- Building walls and adding windows/doors is very easy
- Environments add a great touch of realism

Cons: - Camera mode is very glitchy
- Cannot move objects in corners
- Wall decor placed on top of wallpaper creates cut-outs of the wallpaper
- 3D cloud support is never updated (cases are not marked as complete)
- 3D cloud support takes a very long time to address support issues
- Cannot raise or lower pendant lighting
- Cannot make staging decor bigger/smaller (useful for artwork & other decor items)
- Pricing for items is rarely calculated (items are left out/not priced)

Overall: Overall, 3D Cloud is a great service that makes the client experience so much more tailored to them. Even though it has things that can be worked on, it is an extremely user-friendly design tool that has so much potential in the design field. I would definitely recommend this service.

Pros: Love how easy it is to quickly create a room and I find I spend most of the time deciding what to put in instead of figuring out controls.

Cons: Missing some products, but thats on our company and not on the software.

Overall: We use 3D Cloud in our retail store to give clients an idea of what products look like in their space. Most of the time this results in larger orders which include small items I throw in to make the space look more appealing. Overall very happy and thankful for this tools ease of use and accessibility.
