Ninja Number is an app that places a second phone number on your personal cellphone, allowing your business to follow you wherever you go. It manages your communications when you can't, reminding you of missed calls and texts and even answering the phone for you.
You can link up to five devices with Ninja Number and let team members help you answer calls and texts. Several team members can join in a text conversation so that a customer's issue is resolved quickly. Auto-reply lets you customize answers to commonly asked questions; when you receive a voicemail or text related to that question, Ninja Number's artificial intelligence spots it and automatically sends your answer - so you don't have to.
Ninja Number grows with your business. It offers live operators to answer your calls when you're too busy to answer the phone. You can also upgrade to a PBX system with pre-programmed greetings and extensions for employees.
