Nielsen's Commspoint Journey is a media planning solution designed to identify and measure the key decisions and influences affecting consumers before, during, and after purchasing goods and services. By pairing two or three recent purchases from survey respondents with Nielsen's proprietary database, it provides up to 15,000 detailed customer journeys across more than 30 categories. These insights offer a clear picture of consumer experiences, ranging from early brand awareness to purchase consideration, sales influence, and brand advocacy. Features include an easy onboarding experience, with new users operational after only a few hours of training; consumer insights across more than 30 major categories to enhance marketing strategies; understanding of customer purchase behaviors to identify opportunities for influencing future sales; and optimization of campaign strategies by ensuring the delivery of the right message at the right time.
