This comprehensive business call management application connects to your telephone system and provides instant real-time graphical information relating to calls being made or received in your business or organization. The Today screen provides a quick graphical view of what’s going on in the system at any point during the current day or historically for any date range selected. The screen can be set up as required from a list of available charts then filtered to display the exact information required. CommsOffice Express has 140 standard reports that provide a wealth of information allowing users to report by site, department, extension, trunk, DID/DDI, account code or even search for how many times a specific telephone number has called in or been dialed out.
