Dependent on your specific business needs, including company size, location, remote working practices, number of sites and available network connections, we will advise of the most suitable solution that meets these needs. Sometimes called Cloud Telephony, IP Telephony or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Hosted Telephony simply connects to a data network so requires less hardware. You can still have a familiar desktop handset, or you may prefer to use a desktop PC with a headset, or just a smartphone device – or sometimes a combination of all three!

About

The audio recording solution can monitor and record off of a number of common telephony platforms as well as any VoIP system or any audio streams using SIP and RTP. The recording solution can be hosted on servers at your organization or traffic can be directed through a VPN tunnel to be recorded on our servers. Recordings continue even during network outages and are uploaded as soon as connections are reestablished. Any number of monitors can be recorded and each monitor can be at any position or orientation. On playback the position and orientation will be used to show like the agent would see each. Each monitor is recorded as a different file for playback speed as well as integration options. Create as many custom forms as is needed. Each form can have any number of categories and each category can have any number of questions. Categories and questions can be shared between different forms in order to both have consistent questions as well as to be able to report on similar metrics.
