It allows the association of CIs with a service catalog established in Aranda Service Management, linking incidents, changes, and problems to specific CIs and their dependencies, providing specialists with detailed contextual information for root cause analysis and troubleshooting. It supports the creation of profiles to associate CIs with users or related criteria, facilitating targeted searches and enabling the determination of total cost of ownership (TCO) for each resource, aiding in budget projections and expense evaluations. Aranda CMDB integrates with Aranda Device Management (ADM) and Aranda Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), allowing automatic updates of CIs based on device inventory changes, and provides access to comprehensive lifecycle information.
