Zentao is an easy to use and intuitive software to use for product development. The software is very easy to navigate and is great for first-time and seasoned users. I especially like the ease with which one can manipulate tasks and stories. The software makes the job of a QA rather easy too. The only drawback I find is some of the labels used are not standard and sometimes difficult to understand.

I have been using ZenTao for my projects since 2010 and love its features. It supports Scrum with a very simple and clean interface. Its bug tracking, task management and product management are PERFECT! Well, except that it is not very easy to get started with it, because it takes a while for you to get used to its workflow. However, you will love it and enjoy it as much as I do. Generally speaking, it is a great alternavtive Scrum tool, if you can't afford Jira or worry about the security of Trello.
