Fairly easy to install and setup. I had one problem with the installation in that MySQL doesn't like to specify default values on auto incrementing columns, but that was a minor update to the SQL. I love that this is a php setup and I can access it from my phone. There are a few little things about this application that are inconvenient. For example, the styling on the menus is a little off and adding routines is not completely intuitive, but after playing with it for a couple hours I like it. With fairly little work I was able to update the application to allow me to add my own exercises.
