• Additionally, we can use the collation field, for storing various other information, like for example : "Accession Number:1234 Shelf Number:18 Price:84 Volumes:4". This field gets displayed on the OPAC / Public interface and will serve for locating various useful information, fast. Also, it has a 100 character limit.
