Its a very useful tool to get some surveys. Easy to custom and agile to manage questions and answers. Easy to deploy too. Only a thing, the source link to the innovaeditor script, but source is not available in the original zip. You can download it from www.webidsupport.com/forums/showthread.php?1819-innova-editor and unzip the /scripts folder into /editor folder of your webtester root in your server.
