This is the 1.1RC2 build.

There are 3 downloads available:

waterloo.zip is the main distro for use in MATLAB, R, Python etc and contains the Groovy code
kcl-waterloo-base-all.jar is a single jar build containing the base library and all dependencies. This is intended for those wanting to develop Java applications.
javadoc.zip contains the java doc
