added the SWInclude command
added an alternate delimiter when executting an sql
when doing desc <table>, the columns are displayed before indexes now (issue [#29])
when switching to the results buffer automatically, do a keepalt before (issue [#36])
when doing SWInclude from an unconnected buffer, give a proper error message (issue [#35])
