videoCat_14_beta
videoCat_14_beta.exe is the main application that:
•	Scans your hard disk for video files
•	Generates thumbnails (2X1) for all videos
•	Displays all thumbnails along with details in a list view
•	Displays a detailed preview image (3X3) for selected video in the list.
•	Invokes vlc media player(if configured) to play the video file
The application also saves the thumbnails and the file details in your hard disk for speeding up the subsequent runs. This database can be cleaned or deleted.

Scan Directory: Scanning the hard disk
Drives or folders can be scanned (recursively) by selecting the ‘Scan directory’ from the file menu. This opens a dialog box where the drive or folder has to be selected. The application will scan for any available videos and add thumbnails to the list)
If thumbnails have been generated previously, they are no regenerated, but pulled from the database. This subsequently speeds up the process

Open Directory(from DB): Opening directories from the database
If Drives or directories have been previously scanned, the thumbnails can be instantaneously displayed by using this option. This option can be used if no additions or deletions have been made to the video files.
