The 1.3.0 codebase incorrectly reported its version number as 1.2.2. With the 1.3.1 release, the handling of version numbers is slightly improved. The version number is now fully parameterized and displayed more prominently, which should help with debugging and hopefully make this type of mistake less likely ;-)

There are no other functional changes relative to the 1.3.0 release.
