What's new in version 0.4
 * LIST command outputs color highlighted program listing
 * boolean datatype (TRUE and FALSE constants, ! suffix for boolean vars A!,BVAL!...)
 * ArduinoIO module with functions and commands:
   - DWRITE <pin>, <boolean value> : write logical value to a pin
   - DREAD!(<pin>) : read logical value from pin
   - AREAD(<pin>) : read digitized voltage value in volts (real)
   - AREAD%(<pin>) : read digitized voltage value in ADC units
 * SDCard save/load module (ArduinoMEGA only)
   - DIRECTORY : list SD card files
   - HEADER : delete all files
   - DSAVE "file name without extension" : save program to file
   - DLOAD "file name without extension" : load program from file
   - SCRATCH "file name without extension" : elete file
