First release of Steem SSE

BCC stands for the free C++Builder 5 command line tools
No BCC means that Visual C++ 6 was used
Debug means that the "boiler", a powerful debugger, is included

The source is available as an archive (crypted rar v5, password is 123456) so
as not to be indexed by search engines because it includes Hatari v1.6.1 code,
which Steem SSE 3.3.0 hacked for some parts of emulation (keyboard, video).
After the negative reaction by the Hatari team, subsequent versions (3.4 and
so on) didn't use Hatari code anymore.
