Licensed under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, Version 3 ------------------------------------------- StarCraft Remote Server StarCraft Remote Server is a simple tool that allows a StarCraft client to join a remote StarCraft server over the Internet without using Battle.net. It also allows a StarCraft server to announce his game over the Internet. StarCraft Client Mode: StarCraft Remote Server will emulate StarCraft traffic. It is able to send traffic emulating a StarCraft client and requesting data from a StarCraft server. This tool will run directly on the StarCraft client. Simply type the IP address of the StarCraft server and click the Start button. Then load StarCraft and you can see the game from the remote StarCraft server. StarCraft Server Mode: StarCraft Remote Server will emulate StarCraft traffic. It is able to send traffic emulating a StarCraft server and announcing the StarCraft game to a StarCraft client. This tool will run directly on the StarCraft server. Simply load StarCraft and create the game StarCraft game server. While StarCraft is running switch over to the StarCraft Remote Server tool configure the tool settings to match the game you created in StarCraft, type the IP address(s) of the StarCraft client(s) and click the Start button. At this point the clients will be able to see your game. Switch back to StarCraft and you once your clients have joined you can start the game. Note: you dont need to run both the server and the client. You only need to run this tool on either the client or the server, not both.
