Convert ESRI Shape file (.shp) to Polish text (.mp) for MapEdit.

Features

Writes out all columns in dbf file as extra parameters in .mp file.
Currently no multi-objects support. Only single elements.
Coordinate systems currently ignored, input and output file will have the same projection.
