Client Changes:

1.Map will readjust better when changing window size or state. 
2.Saved Settings will be better preserved when updating to a newer version.

Server Changes:

1.Updated offset finder patterns. Thanks Fireblade. 
2.Updated offsets to EQLive dated 11/9/2012 
3.Updated some of debug mode code. It still needs work.

Installer:

1.Installer will better preserve custom install locations upon subsequent version upgrades.
2.Simplified update code.
3.The prefs.xml (holds client settings) will no longer delete on uninstall or upgrade.
