  • Attaching, filing, and searching of documents (even the contents of attached Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice.org Writer, OpenOffice.org Calc, Adobe PDF, etc. files).
  • Printable reports, drillable tables and charts.
  • Reports can also be created from other databases (database manager with JDBC driver is required), thus it can be used as an Executive Information System.
  • Dashboards in the main window, and for the persons, organizations, and campaigns.(charts, tables, other information panels like unread system messages, open tasks, etc.).
  • Management of connections between communications, tasks, documents, etc. (linking).
  • Full-text search. (Searches documents, tasks, communications, campaigns, master data of persons and organizations.)
  • Data can be synchronized from other source databases (database manager with JDBC driver is required).
  • Accepts data from other databases. (database manager with JDBC driver is required). (Can be scheduled.)
  • Task schedule. (System tasks, data transfer, Groovy-scripts.)
  • Supports multiple regional settings and multiple languages.
