This release includes a number of improvements. Notably: 1. transforms now have access to a third argument of the "full state" 2. persisted state now updates immediately after rehydration rather than waiting for a subsequent action to persist 3. persisted reducers now passthrough if the base reducer does not modify state (performance fix) 4. fix hardSet issue when inbound state is undefined (state is now only reconciled if inbound state is defined)
