Release Notes for PK2Aux v1.0

This release contains the following utilities:

- pk2id, for editing the unit ID string burnt into a PICkit2
- pk2ls, for listing all attached devices
- pk2pin, for sensing and controlling the voltage on interface pins
- pk2reset, for resetting a stuck PICkit2
- pk2uart, for sending and receiving asynchronous serial data
- pk2ver, for displaying the firmware version installed on a PICkit2

Compiling PK2Aux requires libusb-1.0.
