Bugs fixed in 4.1:

[PNMLWriter]
	- When saving a PN that has an inhibitor arc in it, Pipe will throw an IndexOutOfBoundsException and fail to save.
	- Arcs and places that are deleted in a Petri Net will reappear if the Petri Net is saved and then reloaded.

[PlaceView]
	- When loading a Petri Net, periodically places will show up in the upper left hand corner instead of properly being positioned where they were in the saved Petri Net.
