Before reading on, note there's scam website under the peace equalizer name. Only this site here on SourceForge is the actual website by me, Peter Verbeek.

Peace equalizer is a Windows PC interface for Equalizer APO http://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo. Besides an system-wide audio equalizer on your Windows PC, Peace has an effects panel for balance, crossfeeding, delay, etc., a graph window and much more.

In short: Peace is an equalizer and audio mixer for all your PC software on any Windows version from Vista to 11.

Your configuration (e.g. EQ, preset, profile) can be saved and activated again by 1 click, hotkey, tray or desktop shotcut.

Install by running downloaded PeaceSetup.exe. Equalizer APO has to be installed first. After a Windows update a re-install of Equalizer APO might be needed.

Also, all Peace apps have a code signing certificate by Certum, Asseco.

YouTubers: Please mention Peace Equalizer in your video description.

Thanks for your nice review. Good to hear you're able to get good sound to your (radio/tv) Orban device.
  • I have been using Peace Equalizer for years now and think it is brilliant!

Thanks for your review and kind words.
  • here to say it's worked pretty well for i'd say 2 months. until today i downloaded an amd drivers update along with a windows update and peace simply doesn't work anymore. i assume it has to do with the windows update but i've reverted back the updates and it still doesn't work. i've redownloaded peace and equalizer apo multiple times as well and nothing happens, hope i can get some advice to fix this problem :)

Thanks for your review. I'll DM you through SourceForge to help you. Alternatively you could make a post on the Peace forum so all can see our conversation. But you're right. It's a Windows update that either uninstalls Equalizer APO from an audio device. Or worst, an early Windows update is rendering Equalizer APO useless.
  • I don't see the settings list, just a blank box in the bottom left. I hope you can help me.

Indeed, that's a bug in 1.6.8.10. On the 'Basic Settings' tab in the Peace Setup Tool you can install configurations (a.k.a. presets, settings, etc.). The upcoming version will have a full set of common presets. And under a + button an extensive list of further presets.
  • I want to use this tool to mute/unmute my mic, can you add an ability to play sounds so I know for sure that I muted this thing?

Thanks for your review. Indeed currently no sound can be set when using a hotkey for muting/unmuting. It is already on the Peace wish list but haven't implement yet.
