This is a zipped file with the Paddy Module directory for Lightroom. It is not a complete installer.
(1) Download the Zip file
(2) Close LR
(3) Copy the Zip file into the LR module directory.
Under Win 7, this is
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules
(4) Extract the Zip archive to that directory using WinZip "Extract here"
(5) Restart LR
Paddy should be available as module in LR now
