OTRS AD Config Creator provides an GUI to simplify the process of creating your connection between OTRS and your Active Directory. To simplify this process every required field is equiped with helptexts to contribute to your understanding. Some fields also have the ability of autodecting the optimal values. The base distinguished name can be obtained by selecting a branch of a treeview representing your ldap tree.
