Cad Tools for OpenJUMP is a collection of Java classes that provide functions to make cad-like operation:
- Apply automatic COLOR (or B/W) and TXT Style on CAD layer (with TEXT and COLOR attributes) - available on Style>CAD layer menu 
- Create CAD layer, with LAYER, ELEVATION, COLOR and TXT and TXT attributes (weight and rotation) with applied COLOR STYLE. Available on File>New Menu 
- New drawing tools on EDiting Toolbar
  a) Draw Rectangle linestring  
  b) Draw Closed Linestring  
  c) Draw Circle linestring by diameter (SHIFT Draw Circle linestring by tangent)
  d) Draw Circle by 3 points and find center
  e) Draw horizontal segment (SHIFT Draw vertical segment)
  f) Draw Multipoint
  g) Draw point with azimuth (Azimuth is saved in INTEGER (azinuth) attribute)
  h) Draw TEXT label
- access to Simple Query on toolbar
- access to Spatial Query on toolbar
. Access to Geometric function on toolbar

  SETUP

- Copy measuretools-10.jar into OpenJUMP/LIB/EXT folder
