Version 1.3.0 of the OpenNMS package for OTRS.

This package should be installed into your OTRS installation via the
OTRS package manager.

This is a minor change from version 1.2.0, updating support to include OTRS
framework versions 2.4.x through 3.0.x inclusive.  This is the final release
of the OpenNMS OTRS package.  Support for OTRS versions greater than 3.0.x
will be provided using the Native OTRS SOAP interface.

This package requires SOAP::lite and Date::Manip perl modules from CPAN or
your distribution.
