Openchrom is an amazing piece of software that lets you inspect and evaluate your data comprehensively. For me as a clinical toxicologist the handling is rather complicated since workflows that include identification of scans in extracted ion chromatograms are difficult. It's the same for tandem MS data. The GUI is a bit overcrowded, but that's due to the fact that the developers want to meet everyone's needs. Customisable perspectives would be a big improvement. There is a lot of potential, the functions are implemented, but the handling still needs improvement. The amount of features this project includes is wonderful and I hope that it will never stop evolving.
