Oblivion Stats Editor Files

1.) Installation - This program requires .NET Framework 4.0 (I think, 
	i've never used it on a computer without .NET 4)

2.) Distribution - I don't care who you give it to, just do so in my name, 
this program carries an AFL license

3.) Usage - Just input your stats, skills, gold into the boxes provided;
you MUST put something into EACH box or the program will crash :(

4.) Errors - If you come upon an error, just contact me at gwionps@gmail.com
    			

5.) Still to come - Soon races, name, items, spell cost, enchanted item cost etc 
will be editable in this editor; so HAPPY MODDING!
