NiceHash Miner v1.7.5.10

This is a minor feature update all related with Decred miners.

To update from previous versions just copy the configs directory to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.5.10 folder.

Updates: - Updated ccminer-decred (in bin.zip) - Updated sgminer-nicehach-general to v5.6.1 (in bin.zip) - Updated Claymore's Dual to v9.2 (in bin_3rdparty.zip)

If the automatic initialization fails on your machine you can download bin.zip and extract to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.5.10 folder manually. If you are using 3rd party miners you can download bin_3rdparty.zip and extract to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.5.10 folder manually.
