This repository contains the NEMO-AGE source code for the following manuscript: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/834234v3  

    • The source and header files of the Nemo version used for this study differs from the official release of NEMO-AGE (Cotto et al. 2020)⁠, as NEMO-AGE was still under construction when these simulations were run. 
      The files in “nemo_src_files” allow to compile Nemo-Age following instructions in https://bitbucket.org/ecoevo/nemo-age-release/src/master/
