Supported IronFish on Nvidia and AMD GPUs: new FishHash algorithm and old IronFish algorithm too. Switch to FishHash should occur automatically when hardfork comes;
Added support new AMD GPUs on all algorithms;
New config examples for EVR due to EVR delisting on rplant;
New config examples for ZIL due to Ezil's death.
