CMD Mortgage Calculator By Harry Groom 2016

- This mortgage calculator software is a freeware command line program.

- This was written in C++ as a programming project, the calculator is 100%
  working and has been tested against other official mortgage calculators
  to great results.

- Simply run the executable or the Batch file to start the program.

- When the menu appears, either start, view the information, view the tutorial
  or exit the program. Use the keys listed next to the options to navigate
  the program.

- It is advised that you run the tutorial before using the software.

- The software will calculate monthly and yearly payments towards a mortgage
  and also estimate the total money spent over a complete mortgage term.
  
PLEASE NOTE - The calculator does not calculate extra fees added on top of the
	      monthly mortgage payments as they vary from person to person.
