The packages within the MSYS/Extension directory are supported by the
MinGW team, and provide useful facilities not required for a basic MSYS
installation.

To install files distributed by MinGW we suggest you use the mingw-get
installer https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Installer/ and
you can choose mingw-get or mingw-get-inst.  Mingw-get-inst is a wrapper
for mingw-get using InnoSetup, more can be found in the mingw-get-inst
README file.
