MATLABStarter v0.2 - released August 19th, 2012

(1) Added alternative method to set environmental variables though envvars.m.
(2) Added support for updating Imaris XTenstions when defined via the environent variable IMARISPATH.

Remark: the MATLABUSERFOLDER environment variable must still be defined externally.
